A Square Plate Carrying a Rectangular Grip
Brassera builds this set as model BRS-DOR-ZNC-006. Plate, grip and latch face come in zinc alloy. Square rose stands 65 mm (2.56 in) tall, rectangular grip runs 125 mm (4.92 in) from plate face to stepped right-angle return. Key cylinder sits in plate face, so an outside key turns the lock.
Straight edges and crisp corners give this set its industrial look beside anti-theft doors, interior wooden doors and plastic steel doors. Mounting face sits flat against timber, painted and composite leaves, and squared geometry lines up with vertical door stiles. Geometric shaping and industrial styling are the two design notes carried here.
Matt Black, Matt Silver, Copper and Brush Gold
Finish options run Matt Black, Matt Silver, Copper and Brush Gold. Matt Black holds sharp contrast against light oak, birch or white paint. Matt Silver keeps neutral beside office doors and service corridors. Copper carries a warm brownish tone into hospitality interiors. Brush Gold suits walnut panels and dark joinery. Every tone covers plate, grip and latch face as one piece rather than mixed parts.
Specifiers pick one tone for a whole floor, or combine finishes across zones. Matt Silver and Matt Black cover service areas and back-of-house doors, while Copper and Brush Gold carry guest-facing fronts. One series, one plate size, matching tones.
Adjustable Backset from 60 to 70 mm
Latch accepts 60 mm (2-3/8 in) or 70 mm (2-3/4 in) backset, so one part covers either door preparation. Doors measuring 35 to 45 mm (1-3/8 to 1-3/4 in) thick take this assembly, and backset stays adjustable across that whole range.
One latch part serves a mixed corridor, keeping fewer lines in store.
Entry, Privacy, Passage, and Dummy Versions
Series covers Entry, Privacy, Passage, and Dummy. Entry units carry the key cylinder for outside access. Privacy units serve bathrooms and bedrooms. Passage units suit hallways and connecting doors. Dummy trim closes an inactive leaf in a double opening.
One plate size and one grip profile run through all four versions, so a building schedule can mix functions along a corridor without breaking the look. Every version uses the 65 mm plate with the 125 mm grip.
Plate 65 mm, Grip 125 mm, Latch Face 57 mm
Drawing figures for a door schedule: square plate 65 mm (2.56 in) high, grip 125 mm (4.92 in) long, latch face plate 57 mm (2.24 in) high by 26 mm (1.02 in) wide, latch body depth 43 mm (1.69 in).
Those numbers let a joiner check bore and edge cut before hanging. Plate height governs how much stile face the rose covers, grip length sets hand clearance beside the frame, latch face plate height sets the edge cut, latch body depth sets how far the unit sits inside the bore.
Zinc Alloy Body, Ten-Day Lead Time for Small Runs
