A Flat Lever on a Round Rose with a Key Cylinder

Brassera model BRS-DOR-ZNC-005 pairs flat rectangular lever with round rose. Lever runs straight out from rose on flat faces, softened at each edge, so palm meets broad surface instead of narrow grip. Key cylinder sits in rose face itself, giving entry from outer side.
Flat lever locks suit interior doors needing keyed access from outside: master bedrooms, home studies, office suites, guest rooms. Lever face reads cleanly against flush leaves, paneled timber, painted panels. Arm reaches 119 mm for full palm contact.

Zinc Alloy Body for Bedroom and Bathroom Doors

Zinc alloy forms lock body, suiting bedroom and bathroom doors, hospital wards, school rooms, office partitions, apartment towers, hotel floors, warehouse offices, factory washrooms, store rooms and retail back-of-house doors.

Photographed finishes: Black, Brush Gold, Brush Nickel, Copper-Bronze. Black gives crisp dark note on pale timber or white-painted doors. Brush Gold suits warmer interiors. Brush Nickel sits beside sanitary fittings. Copper-Bronze deepens traditional schemes. Each tone covers lever, rose, faceplate in one run, so a single leaf never shows mismatched trim.

Two Backset Positions, 60 and 70 mm, in One Latch

One tubular latch covers backset positions of 60 and 70 mm. Installer sets it to bore already cut in opening, so standard preparation needs no extra carpentry, no second latch part.
Reversible handing means one box serves either swing direction. Instead of stocking mirrored left, right parts, store room keeps single line, fitter carries one spare across corridor where doors open both ways.

Key, Privacy, Passage, and Dummy Versions

Building schedules can call four versions from this family. Keyed units take rooms needing outside entry. Privacy (BK) units serve bathrooms, dressing areas, where inside-only control suffices. Passage (PS) units equip hallways, walk-in closets, utility corridors. Dummy trim completes closet pair that does not latch, holding one face on both panels.
All four keep same flat lever outline, same 40 mm rose, so one corridor can carry keyed, privacy, passage, dummy doors together as single hardware line.

Face Height 65 mm, Rose 40 mm, Lever Reach 119 mm

Measured drawings give trim figures: 65 mm overall face height, 40 mm round rose, 119 mm from rose to lever tip (2.56, 1.57, 4.69 in). Preparation teams check numbers against bore template before cutting mortise.

Latch body height 57 mm, depth 40 mm, overall length 83 mm (2.24, 1.57, 3.27 in). That body carries both backset positions, so one part covers two preparations on site. It also fits the strike plate supplied with the set.

Kit Contents: Latch, Strike, Fasteners, Supplied Keys

Inside each carton: lever assembly, tubular latch, strike plate, mounting fasteners, supplied keys. Nothing else needed to hang unit on prepared opening, so fitters take one box per doorway straight from pallet. Cloakroom joinery, pantry doors, linen cupboards, utility rooms, guesthouse corridors, staff quarters take identical kit, letting single purchase order cover an entire property.

Each unit ships with foam protection in inner box, then packed into master carton measuring 35 × 28 × 20 cm at 1.5 kg. Lead time runs roughly 10 days for 1 to 100 pieces, 12 days for 101 to 500, 15 days for 501 to 2000. Brassera accepts OEM work for this lock, supporting graphic design, 3D modeling, whole-solution hardware packages, cross-category sourcing. Finish samples ship ahead of bulk runs, letting specifiers match existing joinery before committing volume.
